How it connects

Portfolio advantageCommand Accounting gives Command CRM its books. Invoices and payments raised in the CRM are being connected to the same ledger an accountant works in, so sales and accounting do not keep two versions of the numbers.
Diagram, not a screenshot: invoices and bills, payments and refunds, bank statements, and Command CRM come into Command Accounting, whose parts are the general ledger, fiscal years and closing, sales and purchases, bank reconciliation, audit history, and roles per company, and come out as a trial balance, an income statement, a balance sheet, and aging reports and CSV exports

What Command Accounting brings together.

WHAT IT ENABLES Double-entry accounting with exact amounts, a complete audit history, and reports that open the entries behind each total. Command Accounting is in development: its accounting services run and are tested, and its screens are not finished. The image is a diagram, not a screenshot.

A ledger that balances

01 · IN DEVELOPMENTA journal posts only when its debits equal its credits, in an open period, with amounts held as exact decimals. A posted entry is never edited: a reversal corrects it and keeps the original.

Fiscal years and closing

02 · IN DEVELOPMENTFiscal years with monthly periods, a chart of accounts, opening balances, and closing of periods and years.

Sales and purchases

03 · IN DEVELOPMENTInvoices and bills, payments in full or in part, credit notes, and refunds, each posting its own entries.

Banking

04 · IN DEVELOPMENTImport bank statements, match them to ledger entries, including one deposit made of several receipts, and reconcile.

Reports

05 · IN DEVELOPMENTTrial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and aging of receivables and payables, each opening the accounts, documents, and journals behind a total, with export to CSV.

An audit history

06 · IN DEVELOPMENTEvery draft, edit, posting, and reversal is recorded with who made it and when.

Separate books for each company

07 · IN DEVELOPMENTOne installation keeps each company’s accounts, periods, and journals apart, with roles for viewers, accountants, and administrators.

Backup and recovery

08 · IN DEVELOPMENTBack up while the system is running, verify a backup, and restore it to a new location without overwriting the books in use.

Works with Command CRM

09 · IN DEVELOPMENTInvoices and payments from Command CRM are staged, mapped to accounts, and posted to the ledger.

A native application

10 · IN DEVELOPMENTOverview, sales and purchases, banking, journals, contacts, reports, and settings in one window. The screens are laid out and their logic is tested; they cannot be used yet.
